Privacy Policy

The refund policy will be nullified if:

  1. A cheap package has been selected.
  2. The key design idea has been accepted.
  3. You requested changes.
  4. There are no refunds for urgent design assignments.
  5. The cancellation was made for non-company-related reasons.
  6. The request for the reimbursement period for this claim has passed.
  7. The company is altering its name or business.
  8. There will never be a refund for reasons like "change of heart," "disagreement with a partner," or other issues unrelated to the service.
  9. A refund will only be given for that specific service and "not" the entire bundle if a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one service.
  10. Once the final files have been supplied to you in response to your request, there can be no requests for refunds or refund processing.
  11. For more than two weeks of the project, the client has been unreachable or unavailable.
  12. Policies of the company have been broken.
  13. For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.
  14. The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
  15. A total redesign has been requested.
  16. Free items are expressly exempt from returns and revisions.
  17. Under no circumstances are services like social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting eligible for a return.
  18. Once the client has approved the design and the website has been sent for development, refund requests will not be accepted in the case of websites.
  19. Work that has been contracted out to a third party will not be eligible for a refund.

Note: We reserve the right to pause, reject, or terminate any project or contract as needed. You won't have the right to use the designs in any way after the refund or dispute; they will then become our exclusive property. The business will have legal ownership of all designs.

How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, send an email to info@davestudio.co.uk. As soon as our billing department receives your refund request, a response will be sent. The procedure will start after the necessary analysis is finished.
